A distinctive office building accented by its heavy canopy structure with integrated west coast timbers. Store front windows and two tone walls with semi-concealed fasteners also added to the building’s good looks and contributed to project receiving the “best of category” award in Varco Pruden’s 2009 hall of fame awards. This 1,900 sqft building was also nominated by the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB) as a finalist in the Industrial Building category for the 2009 Commercial Building Awards.
