    Maintenance Shop

    MBG worked with Ledcor to build the Maintenance Shop (20,500 SF) and Parts Warehouse (12,300 SF) for Brandt’s new equipment dealership in Fort St. John, BC. The Maintenance Shop was designed to support (2) 15 tonne and (2) 10 tonne bridge cranes to accommodate the heavy lifting requirements of servicing their customer’s equipment. To meet the high thermal demands of the North, MBG installed a R35 thermal roof system complete with a Standing Seam Roof panel on top.
