A 107’ clear span roof only structure designed to provide economical year round shade shelter to the riding club members. The 26,750 sqft building featured portal frame bracing for access and safety as well as a partial skirt wall for aesthetics.
A 2’ insulation blanket and vapour barrier was added to the roof to avoid condensation and dripping water.
