A 23,000 square foot pre-existing Varco Pruden building at the Seaspan Vancouver Shipyards required re-cladding and re-insulation.
MBG’s knowledgeable and skillful team designed and constructed an entire new endwall to support a custom, electronically operated, bi-parting, 72’ W x 52’ H sliding door. Additionally, the roof was re-insulated to R20 and a 25’ W x 25’ H boat masts door and two operable louvers were meticulously installed, giving the building a modern, durable and functional finish.
