The Seaspan Cates required dismantling, separating and removing of their Steel Tug Repair Shop from their adjacent office building. Additionally, a full renovation of the office building was needed in order to restore operation.
Our team worked quickly and effectively to disengage and remove the repair shop, update the office building with new electrical wiring and a sprinkler room and modify the entire mechanical systems. Exterior office repairs and full installation of security fencing gave the Seaspan Cates a clean, refined and refreshed update.
