Port of Prince Rupert – Fairview Terminals

The project included two buildings supplied and erected in harsh wet and windy conditions on the Prince Rupert shoreline. A 13,000 sq.ft equipment maintenance building was designed for extra large roll-up doors, roof top units, crane loads and mezzanine steel. The second building, a 3,250 sq.ft administration office included the integration of a full second floor constructed out of conventional beams, open web steel joists and steel deck.
